Forgiving ourselves for mistakes we made in the past creates space for us to begin to believe we are worthy of a good life. This life-changing session is a great way to start feeling good about yourself. Feeling better on the inside starts with forgiving yourself first.
Truly forgiving someone is a process but this session will be the start you need to remove built up emotions and trapped negative energy that may be contributing to the disturbance of your Inner Peace. Once this session is completed, you will begin to feel free and empowered.
What we do from the moment we wake up to the time we go to sleep speaks volumes about why our life looks the way it looks right now and why we feel the way we feel every day. During this session, we will recognize and discuss the habits we continually repeat throughout the duration of our 24-hour day. Once this session is complete, you will begin to start the very next day with small, yet significant habit adjustments that will promote feelings of peace and pride within yourself and help you to move closer towards any goal or dream you have for your life.
During our gathering, we will recognize and share with one another the beautiful blessings we possess in our lives right now. I will help, guide, and support you through steps that are necessary in developing and maintaining a grateful and joyful state of being every day. You will leave with knowledge you will put into practice immediately and you will begin to experience a new and beautiful state of being from that moment on and every day following.
Confidence typically comes from "Doing". The more we DO something, the more confident we are in ourselves and our abilities. But, what if you've never really done anything because someone has always done things for you? Or, you're just starting a new job or new chapter in your life and you feel uncertain of yourself. Do you really want to try something new but lack the confidence needed to take the first step? During our session, we will be real about the level of self-confidence we have, the factors that contributed to us being at that particular level, and you will discover ways to bring out that power you already have inside. I will be by your side while you courageously raise your level of self-confidence.
During our gathering, we will discover and share the beliefs we knowingly have about ourselves and learn about the beliefs that are ingrained in our core/subconscious that we are not consciously aware of. I will help guide and support you through the process necessary to understanding how the beliefs we are not aware of drive our choices and behaviors every day. You will leave our gathering with life-changing insight & awareness, and with knowledge that will empower you to make conscious choices that will begin to move your life in the direction you have always dreamed of.
Our FREE heart-to-heart conversation will consist of you getting off your chest everything you are comfortable with sharing. From how you really wake up feeling every day to what you want in order to live a happy, fulfilled, and peaceful life. I simply listen with an understanding, compassionate, and non-judgmental heart. You will gain a sense of who I am and decide if I am someone you would like to be of service and support to you. Based on our honest, confidential conversation, I will create your Personalized Journey of Empowerment & Transformation plan that will leave you feeling Good, Confident, Happy, and at Peace with yourself and your life.
A three month Personalized Journey of Empowerment where your teen will gain Confidence, tackle Inner Fears, Anxiety, Self-Doubt, Low Self-Esteem and so much more. This support plan includes (two) 1-hour heart-to-heart Sit-n-Chats each week, (one) 30-minute Zoom mentoring every two weeks, and (one) 30-minute phone call a week.
After our Sit-n-Chat, I will put together a Personalized Journey of Empowerment & Transformation plan for you. Your PJOET plan will be worked on over a three month period and will consist of in-person and/or virtual, and over the phone support sessions.

This unique 16 unit series consists of online audio guides and videos that guide you through a journey of awareness and discovery of yourself and includes life-changing well-being practices and exercises designed to transform you from the inside out. You will be granted online access to an exclusive Know Yourself streaming platform and will have coaching support and guidance along the way. And, as always, my service to you comes with no judgment.
